The studio
BAUM Group Mallorca is a developer of luxury residential projects. We are not an estate agency or an intermediary: we identify exceptional locations, develop unique architectural projects and see every stage through to final handover.
We don't follow passing trends. We design timeless homes with natural materials, clean lines and a calm architecture that ages gracefully. Quality, proportion and attention to detail are the foundation of every project.
How we work
We take care of all six stages of the project ourselves, without handing any of them to third parties. We buy the land, design the house, obtain the permits, build it and hand it over: that is why we can stand behind the result.
